Sausage Making at Furzedown
We made Pheasant and Pork Sausages this weekend.
We made all of our own seasoning.
Pheasant, Pork, Wild Rice instead of Rusk, Cider, Rasins and various Spices

Pork with Lemon and Fennel
Pork Breakfast Sausage with Salt and Pepper
Delicious!
Followed by 15 Jars of Marmalade!
