Sweet Chilli Sausage


Sweet Chilli Sausage
This is pure heaven, instead of using water you add sweet chilli
sauce.
Ingredients:
1kg pork shoulder
150g breadcrumbs
125ml sweet chilli sauce
10g salt
2-4 crushed garlic cloves
2m of hog casings soaked and washed inside and out.
Method:
Simply Grind the Meat, add all the ingredients together and stuff
into hog casings.
