We have recently launched our new Gluten Free Rusk! Made from Maize and Rice Flour it opens up new opportunities for folk who want to create their own British style sausages that are Gluten Free. Add your own Salt, Peppers, Herbs & Spices along with the Gluten Free Rusk and you’ll be able to quickly create something special that still retains all the succulent flavours that we associate with British Sausages ! It looks similar to regular Rusk and the usage rate is the same but with slightly less water. Available in 1kg bags or 15kg sacks. |

Continental Sausage Making Course

Learn how to make a range of Continental Sausages with Tim Wesch and Chris Moorby on 15 November at our new venue in the superb modern facilities of Middlesbrough College beside the River Tees. We plan to include Frankfurters, Bratwurst, Kielbasa and Boudin Blanc but are open at this early stage to any suggestions or special requests! So get in early and have a say on how this new course develops. We are often asked about how to get the texture right for German Sausages and also the use of Continental Salts in some types of sausage so we plan to show you how to crack making these great sausages and put you in the right direction for tackling a whole range of Continental traditions!
